1:1 COACHING

In my 1:1 coaching sessions, I take my clients on a journey.

I start by helping you understand how your parents’ drinking is impacting your life and what it shows up like in your life daily. No more asking yourself, ‘Why am I like this?’ I help you understand your behaviours so you can stop blaming yourself.

I then move on to helping you move out of survival mode, finally allowing you to feel a sense of peace and calm and manage that overwhelming anxiety or those depressive symptoms.

I know facing the painful emotions that are caused by your parents’ drinking is scary, I support and guide you through feeling these, allowing you to finally let go of the past and move.

And the best part, I help you create daily habits that help you go from wishing your life looked differently, to being grateful and excited for the life you have.

How do I know how this approach works?

Because it is the exact one I followed on my own healing from having an alcoholic parent, and it is the approach that helped me build the dream life that I am living today.

Let’s jump on a free 30-minute Zoom call to discuss how I can support you in finally letting go of the past and the pain your parent’s drinking has caused.

What past clients have to say

  • Wake up feeling HAPPY, without the fear everything is going to fall apart.

  • Feel comfortable not needing to control every aspect of your life or those around you.

  • Spontaneity comes easy. You let your friends or partner book your next trip without you knowing every detail!

  • You no longer choke when you go to ask for help.

  • You have found a balance between your masculine and feminine energy and you feel safe to soften into the feminine. You can finally be still in the present moment.

  • You finally feel understood. You have found your tribe of like-minded people and no longer feel isolated in your pain.

  • Scared to feel joy in case something else goes wrong.

  • Want to control everything because you tried to control your environment throughout your whole childhood.

  • You want to be spontaneous but it doesn’t feel safe.

  • Overindependant. You can’t find the words to ask for help when you need it.

  • Your trauma has caused you to be heavily dominated by your masculine energy. Your all action, all of the time!

  • You feel alone, even in a room full of people.

The MINDBODY Connection
You can’t heal one without the other

MIND

Healing the mind involves addressing emotional and psychological wounds. Healing the mind cannot be done without considering the impact of stress, trauma, and negative thought patterns on the body and soul. If you're stressed or anxious, it can affect your whole body and spirit.
To truly heal, you need to work on your mental health while also caring for your body and soul. This way, you can feel better in all parts of your life.

BODY

You may have heard the phrase, the body keeps the score.
The body holds onto trauma and stress, manifesting as physical symptoms and illnesses. Holistic healing incorporates eating well, exercise, and bodywork therapies to release stored tension and trauma. This approach helps you to feel your best physical which creates a foundation for a healthy mind and happy soul.

SOUL

Taking care of your soul means finding peace and meaning in your life. If you don’t pay attention to your spiritual health, you might feel empty or disconnected. Activities like meditation, spending time in nature, and reflecting on what’s important to you can help your soul feel fulfilled. When you care for your soul, along with your mind and body, you achieve a balanced life.
